I skipped out on the August Favorites and between that and September autumn arrived, therefore my favorite are very much inspired by the seasonal change. 
My fashion must have was my varsity jacket bought in Barcelona, while beauty wise I've gone back to using YSL's Parisienne. For music I've been digging the City of Bones OST after watching the movie and falling in love with Jace Wayland haha.
In September I also got addicted to Pretty Little Liars, finished the first season in less than a week and boy am I hooked. 
For a beverage I always love me some Pumpkin Spice Latte for fall, so yummy.
And lastly my random favorite was working out at the gym, I am really into it now after being lazy for too long.

July Favorites

Time for July Favorites. Finally thankfully summer arrived so my favorites all represent my month of sun. 
Fashion wise I've been loving bandeau tops instead of wearing bras. Especially when you are wearing tops that show off your sides, a bandeau always works without looking as indecent as a bra. Summer is always the time for a bright lip and I always bust out MAC's Vegas Volt for that purpose.
The tune I've been humming all month long is definitely Lalala by Naughty Boy ft. Sam Smith, I love the video and the melody of the song, it just gets stuck in your head.
Drinks wise I was all about refreshing drinks with mint, ice and fruits like strawberries. And the random favorite has got to be my trip to Berlin, which was really an amazing three days to kick of the summer season! What were your favorites this month?



Es ist Zeit für meine Juli Favoriten. Endlich ist der Sommer richtig angekommen, deswegen stehen meine Favoriten richtig im Zeichen des Sommermonats. 
Im Bereich Mode habe ich diesen Monat ständig Bandeau Tops getragen anstatt von BHs. Besonders wenn man weit ausgeschnittene Tops trägt funktioniert das Bandeau Top besser als ein BH.
Im Sommer krame ich auch gerne meine knalligen Lippenstift aus und so trug ich sehr gerne von MAC, Vegas Volt. 
Mein Ohrwurm diesen Monat war auf jeden Fall Lalala von Naughty Boy ft. Sam Smith, ich liebe das Video und die Melodie des Liedes, das Lied könnte ich rauf und runter hören. 
Am liebsten getrunken habe ich diesen Monat erfrischende Drinks mit Minze, Eiswürfeln und Früchten wie frischen Erdbeeren, yum! Und mein random Favorit war definitiv mein Kurztripp nach Berlin, drei wunderbare Tage die der perfekte Sommerauftakt waren! Was habt ihr besonders diesen Monat geliebt?

June Favorites/ Follow me on BLOGLOVIN

Didn't I just do one of these? Months really do fly by but anyway I digress. This month I didn't have to think hard when it came to my favorite things. The fashion choice is pretty much obvious, my beloved 3.1. Phillip Lim Pashli Satchel. As for beauty, especially during mid month, facial sunscreen was a must in my routine, I just couldn't leave the house without some SPF on. My favorite movie to watch this month was the 6th installment of the Fast&Furious movies, love me some Paul Walker. Food/Drinks wise I totally fell in love with the Starbucks Matcha Frappucchino, divinity in a cup, people! Speaking of addiction, Candy Crush lured me into addiction, who else hopped onto the boat?

And lastly my music favorite, Frank Ocean. I've loved him for way longer than just this month but just a few days ago, I went to his only concert in Germany and I fell head over heels in love with this genius of a musician. I was standing first row, and he was divine, a voice like honey dripping from a spoon, amazing live performance and he even asked me what I love you meant in german...you can imagine, I literally died in this moment. The most wonderful live concert I've been to to date, go see him if you have the chance, simply beautiful!

Habe ich nicht erst einen Favoritenpost gemacht? Die Monate fliegen wirklich an einem vorbei, aber naja. Diesen Monat habe ich mir über meine Favoriten nicht wirklich den Kopf zerbrechen müssen. Mein Fashion-Favorit ist ziemlich offensichtlich, meine geliebte 3.1. Phillip Lim Pashli Satchel. Beautytechnisch, besonders Mitte des Monats konnte ich nicht auf Sonnenschutz verzichten, besonders ins Gesicht habe ich mir da viel geklatscht :D. Mein Lieblingsfilm diesen Monat war Fast& Furious 6, ich liebe Paul Walker einfach. Im Essen/Trinken Bereich habe ich mich total in den Starbucks Matcha Frappucchino verliebt, er schmeckt so göttlich gut! Wenn wir schon dabei sind, Candy Crush hat mich diesen Monat in seinen Bann gezogen, wer ist der Sucht auch verfallen?

Und zu guter Letzt mein Musik Favorit, Frank Ocean. Ich liebe seine Musik schon viel länger als nur diesen Monat aber vor einigen Tagen bin ich auf sein einziges Deutschlandkonzert gegangen und habe mich Hals über Kopf in dieses musikalische Genie verliebt. Ich stand in der ersten Reihe und er war so wunderbar, seine Stimme ist so samtweich wie Honig, eine wunderbare Live-Performance und er hat sogar MICH gefragt was I love you auf deutsch heißt...ich bin innerlich geplatzt vor Glück während ich im lauthals ICH LIEBE DICH zurief. Das wunderschönste Konzert auf dem ich bis jetzt war, wenn ich die Chance habt, schaut ihn euch live an, einfach ein unvergesslicher Moment!

Achja, google reader scheint sich nach diesem Wochenende zu verabscheiden also folgt mir doch bitte auf BLOGLOVIN wenn ihr mögt um meine Posts nicht zu verpassen!

May Favorites

Time for another favorites roundup. May was frankly speaking a month full of ups and downs. The biggest up definitely occured right at the beginning of the month with my short trip to London, one my most beloved cities. It was there that I also wore one of most worn clothing items of the month, my floral h&m bomber jacket. During our stay there we had the most delicious Korean food, more specifically Kimchi Jigae, which was simply divine. I also got my favorite beauty item of the month there, the Real Techniques Expert Face Brush, which is a dream to apply foundation with. 
On repeat this month on my ipod was definitely Blurred Lines by Robin Thicke ft. Pharrell& T.I. , perfect spring tune. And last but not least, my movie of the month would have to be The Perks of Being a Wallflower, a wonderful coming-of-age movie, which made its way right into my heart.

I don't really get all too personal here, but I just lost my beloved grandmother to lung cancer recently. So this month has been full of bittersweet memories. Rest in peace my lovely granny, I feel comforted knowing that she had a long, fulfilled life with wonderful children, grandchildren and memories, memories by which she will always be remembered.


Zeit für einen weiteren Favoritendurchlauf. Der Mai war kurz gesagt ein Monat voller Höhen und Tiefen. Das größte Hoch war definitiv gleich zu Beginn des Monats mit meinem Kurztrip nach London, einer meiner Lieblingsstädte. Dort habe ich auch eines meiner meistgetragenen Kleidungsstücke, die h&m Jacke mit Blumenprint gertagen. Während unseres Trips sind wir auch in den Genuss von leckerem koreanischen Essen, speziell von Kimchi Jigae, gekommen. Ich habe dort auch mein Lieblingsbeautyprodukt ergattert, den Real Techniques Expert Face Brush.
Rauf und runter lief bei mir diesen Monat Blurred Lines von Robin Thicke ft. Pharrell& T.I. 
Zu guter letzt, mein Lieblingsfilm des Monats, The Perks of Being a Wallflower (zu deutsch, Vielleicht lieber morgen..najaa Übersetzungsfail), ein wunderbarer Film übers Erwachsenwerden.

Ich werde hier meist nicht sehr persönlich aber ich habe meine geliebte Oma vor Kurzem an Lungenkrebs verloren, deswegen war dieser Monat voller bittersüßer Erinnerungen. Ruhe in Frieden meine liebste Oma, trotz Trauer fühle ich mich getröstet mit dem Wissen dass sie ein langes, erfülltes Leben mit wunderbaren Kindern, Enkeln und Erinnerungen hat, Erinnerungen die uns immer von ihr bleiben.

March Favorites

Another month flew by like nothing and it's time to round up the most favorite things I used/had/enjoyed this month

Noch ein Monat ist wie im Flug vorbeigerast und es ist wieder an der Zeit meine Lieblinge für den März zusammenzufassen.
                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                

Beauty: In terms of beauty I loved using the Yes to carrots super rich BODY BUTTER last month. The smell of the body butter is amazing and it really did nourish my skin really well, so much I used it all up.

Was die Pflege angeht habe ich diesen Monat sehr gern die  Yes to carrots super rich BODY BUTTER
 benutzt. Der Duft und die Pflegewirkung ist einwandfrei und ich habe sie daher auch schon aufgebraucht.

Fashion: I think you've already seen this number a lot of times in my outfit posts and I did wear this blue h&m cardigan to pieces this month.

Ihr habt diesen H&M Cardigan bestimmt schon Zig Male in meinen Outfitbildern gesehen aber ich habe ihn wirklich fast täglich getragen im März, tolle Farbe und super bequem und easy!

Food: Food wise I really got into granola this month. I have been eating a bowl every morning for breakfast and especially love the crunchy, chocolate kinds. By the way I always add cocoa powder before pouring in the milk, because I can't stand having milk without cocoa powder.

Essenstechnisch habe ich diesen Monat Müsli für mich entdeckt, am liebsten Knupermüsli mit Schokostückchen, das ich jeden Morgen zum Frühstück gegessen habe. Übrigens gebe ich immer einen Löffel Kakaopulver hinzu bevor ich die Milch reingieße weil ich Milch ohne Kakao einfach nicht vertrage.

TV Show: I got through the first season of Modern Family this month and was was rolling on the floor laughing most of the time, that's just my type of humor :D

Diesen Monat habe ich die erste Staffel von Modern Family beendet und war jede Folge am Boden rollend vor Lachen,die Serie trifft meinen Humor perfekt :D

Misc: As a random favorite I have the Yankee Candle in the scent Baby Powder. I don't know about you guys but I love the scent of all things baby, except for poop, obviously ;)
Als random Liebling habe ich noch die Yankee Candle in der Duftrichtung Baby Powder. Ich stehe total auf Babydüfte, außer natürlich wenn sie in die Hose machen, aber wer mag das schon ;)

February Favorites

 Introducing a new segment on the blog, I think you guys are all familiar with the monthly favorites videos that nearly every youtube beauty/fashion guru puts up on a monthly basis, talking about the products they enjoyed the most over the month. February really flew by and I compiled a list of different items I enjoyed using/having the most during the month.

 Fashion: This month I practically lived with this accessorize bag. It's a fairly new purchase I had also shown previously in a collective haul post and ever since I got it, it has been hanging off my shoulder on a day to day basis. It's huge and fits all of my neccessities and more and I love the vibrant red.

 Beauty: For the past two months already I have been loving the Balea shower gel and body lotion in cherry/almond and figs/chocolate scent. Balea is a german drugstore brand which you can purchase in dm, a kind of equivalent to the UK's Boots or US's Walgreens. The smell is divine and it just made my shower experience a lot sweeter.

 Food/Beverage: I'm a tea-addict, especially during the colder months. I just love to relax in bed, catching up on blogs, watching youtube videos while sipping on a hot cup of tea. Teekanne's Kaminabend which loosely translates into "An evening at the fireplace" is my absolute favorite kind. And to fellow german-based folks, I am one of those people who squeal and sing along everytime the Kinder Riegel commercial comes on TV. Just the cutest thing ever!

 Music: Most favorite song this month hands down was The Weeknd's Wicked Games. Just so smooth and soothing, I have been loving his stuff, so much soul and feeling in his voice.

 TV/Movie: My new absolute favorite TV show has got to be Misfits. The boyfriend and I have been pretty much obsessed with that series. It's a UK production for those of you who are not familiar with the series about a group of teenagers who get sentenced to community service. They get struck by lightning during the community service and obtain supernatural powers. It's comedy/mystery mixed with supernatural elements and really keeps you entertained and intrigued. As I've said I am obsessed with that series, go check it out if you can!

Misc: My new Ipad Mini has been definitely one of my biggest favorites this month. I take it almost everywhere with me, it's so light and easy to carry around and it just makes everything so much easier. I don't need to pull out my laptop for every little research anymore and can enjoy movies, internet and everything between with just a touch basically. Loving it big time.
